No. Coaching focuses on goals, leadership behavior, and future outcomes. If clinical needs arise, I will recommend therapy and can provide referrals. With consent, we can coordinate if both are happening concurrently.

Yes. Coaching conversations are private. Coaching is not a medical or mental health service and does not create a therapist client relationship.

Primarily via secure video. Select in person options may be available by request in Houston Heights.

Discovery calls require no payment. Strategy sessions are paid at booking. Engagements are set up after the discovery call with cadence and billing finalized during onboarding.

Yes. Many leaders have coaching sponsored by their organization. We can provide invoices or receipts for reimbursement or arrange direct billing.

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows may be charged or forfeit the session.
